Anastasia Pryanikova“Jesus, Moses, the Buddha, and other great teachers were all born with a brain built essentially like anyone else’s. Then they used their minds to change their brains in ways that changed history.” ~ Rick Hanson, Ph.D., the author of “Buddha’s Brain: The Practical Neuroscience of Happiness, Love, and Wisdom.”

Is it possible to shape your brain to become a more effective leader? Current research in the field of neuroscience indicates that the answer is “yes.”

In this program you will learn:

• How to apply specific brain-based strategies to maximize your mental resources everyday;
• How uncertainty affects brain performance and what to do about it;
• Why our brains are wired to resist change and how we can overcome that resistance;
• How to manage stress and cultivate focus, awareness, and a positive attitude in turbulent times;
• How your physical environment affects your mental state, thinking and actions;
• How to defeat the brain’s negativity bias;
• Which motivator is greater: fear or desire;
• How to make your message brain-friendly;
• How to facilitate insights and breakthrough ideas.
