Session 3

Chris CowardLeaders are asked to do more and more with less and less. As a result, excellent leaders are feeling burned out, less effective on the job, and overwhelmed with too many tasks that can’t be completed by their deadlines.

In this session, attendees will learn 8 practical tips to reduce stress and overwhelm that will improve their work productivity, their ability to lead their team to results, and increase their enjoyment at home and work.

In particular you will learn:

1. How to leverage your unique strengths to combat burnout
2. How adding one more thing to your To Do List can lower your stress
3. How to reconnect with your purpose in doing the work you do, therefore adding fuel to your near empty gas tank
4. Where your top values are not being honored, resulting in stress and overwhelm, and how to make the shift to aligning your values with your work to become more effective
5. How the practice of appreciation and gratitude can lower your stress, increase your happiness, and improve your leadership at work
6. How being busy does not equal being productive despite society making a hero out of the stressed out, extremely busy employee
7. How multi-tasking can lower your productivity rather than increase it
8. How you can be serious about your work and still have fun

When you leave this session you will have new insights into how to say goodbye to burnout and hello to reduced stress and increased fulfillment in your professional and personal life.
