Andria CorsoThe ability to successfully and consistently deliver performance feedback to employees is a vital skill for leaders to have. This session will provide attendees with the tools and resources to learn to effectively deliver feedback to employees on their performance.

Specifically, the participants will:

- Learn to understand the connection between delivering effective feedback and successfully managing performance.
- Distinguish between high and low performance feedback.
- Learn skills for providing positive and constructive feedback to both high and low performers.
- Identify how to follow through on development actions and hold employees accountable when performance needs improvement.
- Learn to develop actions and plans to engage in continuous performance dialogues with your team.

After participating in this session, attendees will have tools and guidelines to follow and use when giving feedback as well as an understanding of how consistent feedback contributes to improved performance and an overall more engaged workforce.

Background
: Andria Corso has over 15 years experience as a Human Resources leader who works with clients to develop leadership skills and talent strategies that that align with business strategy and drive results. She is an organizational and leadership development coach and HR consultant with areas of expertise in talent and succession management, leadership development and executive coaching. Andria has spent over 10 years working with Lockheed Martin Corporation leading enterprise-wide strategy development and implementation of large scale initiatives including Talent and Succession Management, Career Development, Performance Management, and Executive Mentoring & Coaching.

She successfully implemented a corporate-wide talent planning and succession management strategy & program that was executed across the 144,000 employee organization. In addition, she launched an enterprise-wide career development and mentoring strategy across the corporation which increased knowledge transfer and improve employee engagement.

Andria has also been an HR consultant to executive leadership teams in all areas of Human Resources including talent assessment and development, strategic workforce planning, staffing, compensation and employee relations.

In 2009, Andria was awarded Training Magazine’s Top Young Trainer of the year award for her outstanding leadership of Lockheed Martin’s talent management strategy and programs, her strategic thinking ability and her exceptional mentoring and coaching skills. She is a certified Myers Briggs Practitioner as well as a certified Executive Assessor.

Andria has been trained in Professional Coaching by Coach University, the oldest and largest coach training organization training coaches around the world. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and a Master of Science in Human Organization Science from Villanova University.

Andria is widely recognized for her engaging style, her ability to quickly bring clarity to complex issues that face executive leaders and her ability to effectively align HR strategy with business strategy.
