Here are 11 reasons why you should register today for the Leadership Essentials Summit

1. GREAT SOLUTIONS.

You’ll get practical, actionable solutions to issues that challenge you such as how to manage stress, build trust in your workplace, lead virtual teams, lead ethically, increase your emotional intelligence, provide effective performance feedback, and other vital topics critical to your success.

2. OUTSTANDING VALUE.

One fee covers all ten sessions. But, the fee is so low that you can afford to attend just two or three of the ten sessions and come out ahead.

3. INVITE THE GROUP AND MULTIPLY THE VALUE.

With just one registration, you can have a group attend (using a speakerphone). Pay one fee, have a conference room full of people attend. This could be the greatest learning value of the year.

4. BONUSES.

On top of all that, each registrant receives a set of bonus CDs and DVDs valued at $600.

5. TAP THE PANEL OF EXPERTS.

Each session leader is an expert in his/her own right and you get to ask them questions in each session. Get your burning questions answered.

6. VALUABLE HANDOUTS.

Take advantage of valuable accompanying handouts that you can use to follow the session and keep for future use.

7. CONVENIENCE.

All of this valuable learning is delivered in a way that makes it easy to access (via phone). You have no need to travel, no need to make hotel reservations, and no travel or hotel expenses, either. No complicated, technical set-ups. Just use the nearest telephone and you can easily access the sessions.

8. SCHEDULED FOR MAXIMUM EASE.

Sessions are scheduled for only half a day and have an hour interval between them. That means that you can still have a productive day at work while participating at sessions. You’ll have time to return phone calls, answer email, hold meetings, and carry out other assignments.

9. PHONE IN ON AN 800#.

Don’t worry about telephone charges in the US and Canada. You get to dial in on an 800#.

10. GET A HEAD START ON THE NEW YEAR.

Now is the time to lay the groundwork for 2010. It’s going to be a demanding year. Bolster your knowledge and skills now and have an easier entry into 2010.

11. REGISTRATION IS EASY AND QUICK.

Just register online. Do it today and save $100 as an Early Bird.

But, you can register as late as Dec. 7, 2009!

Either way, just click here to register –>
Background: Writer, lawyer, financial professional, teacher, speaker and leader are titles reflecting Brona Pinnolis’s lifetime of achievement. Brona Pinnolis is a principal presenter of Women, Money & Cheesecake money workshops for women and a regular contributor to several paper and online publications on financial, law and business issues. She is a graduate of Northwestern University and The George Washington University National Law Center, as well as the Hadassah Leadership Academy, a three year program in leadership training. With nearly thirty years of law practice, Brona brings a healthy dose of reality to the table. As a courtroom and appellate attorney, she has an ability to get to the heart of any matter and present important information in a clear, concise and forceful method.

Always a lover of the written word, Brona has contributed articles to various publications including the national publication Twins Magazine, Memphis Minority Business Magazine, Jewish Scene Magazine and other regional and local publications. She is co-author of the upcoming Women, Money & Cheesecake: The Sweet Truth about You and Your Money, the companion book to the Cheesecake workshops. She has served on numerous boards and executive committees and currently serves on a regional board for one of her volunteer organizations. She believes working in the volunteer world has much to offer the professional arena, as there is nothing so challenging as leading in a situation where your workforce can literally walk away at a moment’s notice.

Brona has previously been a featured speaker at events sponsored by ewomennetwork, Ladies Who Launch, the Society for Human Resource Managers as well as numerous volunteer organizations.
Leadership is principally about relationships, and studies are telling us that socially intelligent behaviors are the best predictors of excellence in leadership performance.

What are 5 specific behaviors leaders can adopt now to increase their effectiveness— and what payoff can they expect from doing so?

This presentation answers those questions and also provides some resources for follow-up and further learning.
————————————————————————————————————————————————
Background: Rita is a highly intuitive Executive Coach who practices “unconditional positive regard” when coaching leaders, while directly challenging them to reach for more—in performance excellence, innovation and business results.

She has experienced transformational change within organizations and developed strategies to navigate the white water that results from an intensely competitive global marketplace.

Her coaching provides leaders at all levels these critical deliverables:

a. A mirror to both affirm a leader’s strengths and to challenge shortfalls.
b. Relevant experience and perspective to guide new leaders in unfamiliar terrain.
c. Ideas and strategies for navigating change and managing complexities.
d. A sounding board to allow a leader to articulate and question difficult issues.
e. Personal rapport to ease stress and soothe anxiety.

We have a faltering economy, and most organizations need top performance from their workforce to survive. Yet some of the draconian actions needed to remain alive destroy the hard-earned trust within organizations, which greatly reduces productivity. If this rings true for your situation, you will profoundly benefit from this brief program.

Join Robert T. Whipple – MBA CPLP for an entertaining and enlightening program that shows a clear pathway for enhancing trust and transparency in organizations. This session will be interactive, and it will reveal some wonderful opportunities to turning a corner on the malaise that has brought our country and many organizations to the brink of disaster.

Bob Whipple is known nationally as “The Trust Ambassador.” He has written three books on the topic of building and maintaining trust in organizations. He has been named by Leadership Excellence Magazine as one of the top 100 thought leaders in the country on the subject of Leadership Development.

In this meeting we will explore:

•The crisis of trust facing organizations in the US & worldwide
•A definition of trust and some dimensions not often considered
•A model for how to build higher trust that works in today’s world
•The impact of technological trends on the nature of trust
•The relationship between trust and fear

Participants will benefit from this program through:
