CANCELLATION

Registrants may cancel at any time before the day on which the Summit begins and will receive a full refund less a $20 processing fee.

There are no refunds for no-shows, i.e., registrants who do not dial in and who do not cancel before the date on which the Summit begins are responsible for the full Summit registration fee.

GUARANTEE

If for any reason registrant is not satisfied with the Summit and desires a refund, he/she must contact the Summit Producer using the form which appears at http://leadership-essentials-summit.com/contact-us/ within 72 hours after the end of the Summit.  Summit Producer will completely refund registrant’s registration fee.  Summit Producer will replace any Summit CDs which contain manufacturing defects or are otherwise unusable within the first four weeks after shipment.

CANCELLATION BY SUMMIT PRODUCER

The Summit Producer reserves the right to change the agenda, substitute speakers and to cancel, reschedule or limit the attendance of any Summit or Summit session. Summit Producer may also substitute prerecorded sessions for live sessions.  If a Summit or Summit session is canceled or rescheduled, registrants will receive advance notice, where possible, and may elect to either receive a pro-rata refund or attend a rescheduled Summit or Summit session (as applicable).

SUMMIT PACKAGE AND LOGISTICS

The registration fee entitles registrants to one telephone connection at one location and unlimited participation via that one connection at that site. (Many registrants make use of a speakerphone in a conference room to allow a group of individuals to participate.) All prices are in US Dollars (USD).

DIALING INSTRUCTIONS

Unless otherwise informed, registrants will need to dial into a domestic US 800 number to connect for the Summit. Dialing instructions containing the Summit telephone number and PIN (or access) code will be emailed to registrants in advance of the beginning of the Summit (normally two business days in advance).  The phone number and PIN code may be used only by registrant. Registrant may not forward or otherwise disclose Summit telephone numbers and/or PIN/access codes to other parties.

MISCELLANEOUS

The Summit and Summit sessions are produced by The Executive Strategies Group LLC, P.O. Box 10454, Portland, ME 04104 (the Summit Producer), tel. 800-617-4230. The Summit Producer is not responsible for any problems stemming from registrant’s organization’s hardware or telecommunications services.  The views expressed and information supplied by speakers are their own. The Summit Producer disclaims any liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the Summit or in any documentation provided to registrants.

Recording of the Summit and Summit sessions are strictly prohibited.

RECORDING OF SUMMIT AND SUMMIT SESSIONS

All Summit sessions are recorded by Summit Producer for commercial purposes. Registrant, by registering for the Summit and/or participating in any Summit session, gives permission for such recording (and subsequent distribution and sale of the recording) to Summit Producer (and its principals, employees, agents and contractors) and waives any and all rights to compensation for such or similar use.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

The liability of Summit Producer shall not exceed the amounts paid by registrant for the Summit and any related products purchased.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SUMMIT PRODUCER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT.

APPLICABLE LAW

The laws of the state of Maine shall govern the construction and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and the rights of the parties hereunder.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Summit Producer reserves the right to change, modify, or update these terms and conditions of use, at any time without notice.
